ROBERT K. D'ANDREA

Robert K. D’Andrea is the founding member of D’Andrea Law Corporation, PLC and has almost two decades of experience in the practice of immigration law. He is licensed to practice immigration law in all 50 states and is admitted to the Washington D.C. Bar, United States District Court for the District of Columbia, D.C. District Court of Appeals and the Superior Court of D.C.

Before opening his own private practice, Mr. D’Andrea was a managing partner at one of the largest immigration law firms in the country. He has successfully represented thousands of employers, employees, investors, families, and other immigrant and nonimmigrant foreign nationals across the globe. He has counseled corporate clients in the health care, science, entertainment, technology, investment, communication, import and export, education, athletic, fine art, and manufacturing industries.

Committed to public service, Mr. D’Andrea offers pro bono immigration service to active-duty United States military soldiers. He is also a former missionary in Colorado and surrounding states where he developed a passionate duty for service to the community.
